Website redesign and development for businesses that need enquiries
StackEndBox builds and redesigns public business websites around the services you sell and the actions a buyer needs to take. The scope can include information architecture, responsive design, development, technical SEO, enquiry forms and booking links. We work online with businesses in the USA, UK, UAE and other markets from Pakistan.
A redesign must account for the site you already have. We inventory useful URLs and content, agree what stays, map any necessary URL changes and test the enquiry journey before replacing the live version. A new design cannot guarantee preserved rankings or more leads. Those outcomes require observation after launch.
Choose an available time on our booking page, or email a brief if you prefer. No credentials or private records are needed to start. A booked call is a scoping conversation, not a project commitment.
What should a B2B website redesign proposal actually deliver?
Compare proposals against the transition your business needs, not the number of page mockups. The illustrative acceptance matrix below covers a service company replacing its public website while retaining important URLs and its enquiry route. It is a planning example, not a completed customer case or a promise of ranking preservation.
| Decision | Scope to agree | Evidence to request |
|---|---|---|
| Useful URLs | Inventory priority service and search landing pages. Decide what stays, changes, redirects or is retired. | Check each priority old URL against its agreed destination, including query and trailing-slash behaviour. A redirect to an unrelated homepage is not an equivalent replacement. |
| Contact journey | Agree the form fields, restricted saved receipt, notification recipient and booking destination. | Use a labelled test. Check accepted submission, saved result and actual mailbox placement separately. A mail-provider acceptance response cannot prove Inbox placement. |
| Publishing handover | Name the editor, allowed changes and recovery method. | Have that editor make and undo a harmless change in a safe environment. Record who maintains hosting, renewals and dependencies. |
| Search follow-up | Agree sitemap, canonical, robots and Search Console ownership. | Inspect important changed pages after release. Record submitted, crawled and indexed separately. Search rankings and lead growth remain measured outcomes. |
SEO continuity is a risk-management task. We cannot guarantee a traffic level after migration. Content production, campaigns and ongoing optimisation belong in the scope only when explicitly agreed.

Who this is for
- B2B service companies whose website does not explain their current offer.
- Businesses replacing an outdated site while retaining valuable pages and enquiry routes.
- Founders whose marketing site needs development alongside a separate SaaS product.
When this is the right fit
- Buyers struggle to find the right service, evidence or next step.
- Mobile navigation, form errors or booking handoffs interrupt enquiries.
- A CMS or framework change needs a reviewed content and URL migration.
- You can provide genuine project evidence, approved claims and an owner for incoming enquiries.
What we build
Service architecture and buyer content
Organise services by buyer need, separate distinct offers and link useful evidence to the right quotation or meeting path. Keep existing useful content where it serves the same intent.
Responsive website engineering
Implement agreed designs with readable mobile layouts, keyboard navigation, accessible forms and appropriately sized media. Choose a maintainable CMS or coded site according to who will edit it.
Search-aware migration
Prepare an old-to-new URL map, test redirects where addresses change, update internal links and canonical URLs, and publish an eligible sitemap. Monitor Search Console rather than treating deployment as indexing.
Enquiry and booking handoff
Test accepted and rejected submissions, notification routing and confirmation states. A successful form response, an email in an inbox and a qualified enquiry are separate facts. Booking clicks must also remain separate from completed meetings.
Launch and operating handover
Review the release in a preview, preserve a rollback, verify the live hostname and provide editing and recovery instructions in the accounts you control.
What you get
- An agreed page inventory, navigation and content responsibility list.
- The approved website implementation and source or CMS access under the written ownership terms.
- A URL migration map where needed, metadata, internal links and an eligible XML sitemap.
- A launch test record covering mobile use, enquiry handling, booking links and representative error paths.
- Deployment, rollback and everyday editing instructions, with maintenance agreed separately.
Build, buy or hybrid?
Select the smallest intervention that fixes the buyer journey.
Improve the current website
Keep working URLs, design and CMS when clearer service content, navigation or a repaired enquiry path can solve the problem.
Use a maintained CMS or site builder
A standard platform often fits a brochure site edited by a small team. Check export, accessibility, integrations, permissions and ongoing costs.
Commission a custom website
Custom engineering fits unusual content structures, product interactions or integration requirements. It adds maintenance responsibility and should have a specific business reason.
When not to hire us. You need guaranteed search positions, fabricated testimonials, or a visual replacement without anyone approving content, migration and incoming-enquiry ownership.
What changes redesign scope
A page count alone does not capture migration, content and conversion work.
Content and editing
Original copy, approved evidence, multiple languages and CMS responsibilities change the work required.
Existing search footprint
URL changes, legacy pages, downloads and multiple domains need inventory, mapping and verification.
Conversion and integrations
Form validation, durable enquiry capture, mail delivery, scheduling and consent-aware measurement require separate checks.
What to review before approving launch
Ask for the evidence on the actual preview and company hostname.
- Open key services from the navigation on a phone and with a keyboard.
- Compare retained and changed URLs against the approved migration map.
- Submit a labelled test and verify saved receipt, notification handling and the reply path separately.
- Check page titles, canonical URLs, robots rules and the public sitemap.
- Confirm the rollback owner, content editing access and the post-launch observation plan.
How we work
Start with the existing site and one priority service. Review buyer tasks and evidence, agree the page and URL plan, build a preview, test the conversion and migration paths, then launch with rollback available. Search Console discovery and post-launch checks are part of the release. Advertising and ongoing growth experiments are separately scoped.

- Known useful pages, Search Console access if available, and any planned URL or CMS changes.
- Approved brand assets and project evidence you have permission to publish.
- Required languages, accessibility needs, integrations and desired launch constraints. Do not email credentials.

Frequently asked questions
- Can you redesign without changing every URL?
- Yes. Keep an existing useful URL when its purpose remains the same. A visual redesign does not require new addresses. When a URL must change, map it to the closest relevant destination and test the redirect.
- Will a redesign preserve rankings?
- No provider can guarantee that. Inventory existing pages, preserve useful content and URLs, handle necessary moves carefully and monitor search performance. A correct launch reduces avoidable mistakes but does not control Google's decisions.
- Can you improve conversion on a low-traffic website?
- We can fix observable problems such as broken forms, unclear offers and inaccessible navigation. A low-traffic site may not support a meaningful A/B test. Report those verified fixes separately from an unproven conversion-rate uplift.
- Do you build new websites as well as redesigns?
- Yes. A new business website starts with the service structure, approved content and contact journey. A redesign adds the responsibility of understanding and preserving the useful parts of the existing site.
