StackEndBox integration scope and acceptance pack, version 1, 24 October 2026
https://www.stackendbox.com/services/api-integrations-automation#integration-scope

Purpose
Use the same requirements to compare a supported native connector, an integration platform and a custom engineering engagement. Start with one business handoff. This is original procurement material, not a customer case study, certification, executable connector or measured benchmark.

Files
field-ownership.csv: a synthetic CRM-to-ERP map. Replace the example with reviewed ownership, matching and conflict rules for the actual products and editions.
failure-acceptance.csv: eight scenarios. All begin NOT RUN. Record expected results before testing, then safe evidence references, observed results and reviewer decisions. An uncertain result is not a pass or permission to repeat a write.
proposal-comparison.csv: request comparable scope, licensing, recurring cost, responsibilities and exit terms. No universal price or delivery time is supplied.
synthetic-handoff.json: an illustrative request and expected mapping. It contains no live endpoint, credential or customer. Expected values are design expectations, not observed execution evidence.

How to use
1. Name an accountable business owner and the source and destination products, editions and required API operations.
2. Agree field ownership, stable identifiers, transformations, conflict rules and permitted actions. Check required access with each vendor.
3. Ask each candidate to price the same boundary, separately identifying discovery, historical import, implementation, licences, hosting and maintenance.
4. Test with disposable fixtures in an authorised environment. Distinguish received, accepted, rejected, deferred, uncertain and verified states. Preserve original operation references.
5. Read saved operation and destination state before any retry after a lost response. If supported evidence cannot resolve it, stop for owner review. Never infer exactly-once business effects from one successful test.
6. Review cutover, record counts, control totals, pause/recovery, operator handover and ownership before production approval.

Safety and limits
No file executes, sends data, contacts a provider, configures an account or authorises a production change. Do not put secrets, tokens, real customer information or private document links into a public copy. Evidence references should be safe opaque test references. Email acceptance, inbox delivery, CRM receipt, payment verification and settlement are distinct outcomes. No financial action is included.
